FAQs

There’s a big difference between understanding your past trauma and truly releasing it to rebuild your sense of self. This program provides practical tools during our sessions, as well as exercises between sessions, to help you not just uncover your past, but release stored emotions from your body, reconnect with yourself, and create a clear vision for your life and personal growth.

What’s the difference between the Love Addiction and Heartbreak programs?

2

Both programs help with common areas such as codependency, rebuilding self-love, and restoring your sense of self.

In addition to everything included in the Heartbreak Healing Program, which focuses on processing the pain of a breakup or loss, releasing lingering attachment, and finding emotional clarity and closure so you can move forward with confidence and peace, the Love Addiction Healing Program is 3 weeks longer and is designed to support people who struggle with addictive relationships, obsessive thinking, and romantic fantasies. It guides you through letting go, going no contact when needed, and detoxing from love addiction patterns.

Is this program spiritual, psychological, or practical?

3

It’s all three. We combine practical strategies, psychological insights, and spiritual/self-awareness practices to help you heal at every mind-body-soul level. This holistic approach ensures lasting results, not just temporary relief.

Is this about moving on, or understanding why this hurt so deeply?

4

Both. You’ll move through the pain while uncovering the deeper patterns, beliefs, and unmet needs behind the heartbreak. Understanding the “why” is key to real healing and lasting growth.

Will this help me rebuild trust in myself and in love?

5

Yes. Through guided exercises, reflection, and support, you’ll strengthen your self-love, trust in your own decisions, emotional resilience, and your ability to engage in healthy, conscious relationships in the future.

What if I feel numb, angry, or emotionally shut down?

6

Every emotion exists for a reason; there’s no good or bad. I’ll guide you safely through anger, grief, or numbness so you can reconnect with your feelings and open up to healing. Whatever you suppress often gets stored in the body, and this program helps you release it safely.

Can this help prevent me from repeating the same relationship again?

7

Yes. You’ll uncover patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that keep you stuck, then learn tools to break the cycle.

That’s exactly what we can work on. I’ll help you release lingering attachment, find your own closure, and create peace within yourself even if the other person isn’t part of it.

What if the relationship ended badly or without closure?

8

Can this help if I still love them or want them back?

9

Absolutely. You don’t have to force your feelings away. Together, we’ll explore your attachment, shift perspective, and make decisions that honor your well-being.

Yes. Whether your heartbreak is recent, months, or even years old, this program is designed to guide you safely through your emotions, helping you process the pain stored in your body and rebuild your sense of self. Healing is especially important when heartbreak is fresh, so you don’t get stuck in patterns that hold you back.
